Ingredients

Main Ingredients:
- 1 cup vegetables/legumes
- 2 Tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp Garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Ginger (grated)

Spices:
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Oil

Instructions

Step 1: Heat oil, sauté cumin, onion, garlic, and ginger.
Step 2: Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
Step 3: Stir in vegetables or legumes and spices.
Step 4: Add water if needed and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 5: Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot. (Coconut Veg Pulao)

Tip

Use basmati rice and fresh coconut for the best aroma.
