Instructions
Step 1: Heat oil, sauté cumin, onion, garlic, and ginger. Step 2: Add tomatoes and cook until soft. Step 3: Stir in vegetables or legumes and spices. Step 4: Add water if needed and simmer for 10 minutes. Step 5: Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot. (Masala Potato Stir Fry)
